How much will a counseling session cost me?

The out of pocket rate varies based on your service needs; it can range from $200-300. For individuals with insurance the rate will vary based on your plan.

Do you offer evening appointments?

Yes.

Do you offer weekend appointments?

No, unfortunately appointments are not offered on the weekends.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. I am currently in-network with United Health Care, Anthem – Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Aetna and Cigna. Once your appointment is confirmed you will receive a link to the client portal where you will be asked to upload your insurance information. Once this is received, you will receive an email with your benefit information and first appointment instructions.

If I have insurance that you're not in network with, can I use out-of-network benefits for reimbursement from my insurance company?

Absolutely! No harm in trying. Let your counselor know that you'd like to do so and she will set your preferences in the client portal. At the end of the calendar month you will get an email notifying you that your invoice is ready. At this time you'll also be provided with a "super bill". A Superbill is the document you'll want to submit to your insurance.

How do I make a payment?

We accept payments in new & old fashioned ways! You can pay with a check, HSA/FSA, Visa, Amex, Mastercard.

How do I find you?

We are located in a high rise at 6312 S Fiddlers Green Circle. The building is called the Quadrant.

Is there parking?

Yes

Do I have to pay for parking?

There is complimentary indoor and/or outdoor parking available for up to 2 hours for clients of RNR Life Solutions.

Where do I park?

Our clients have access to a parking garage directly across from the building entrance.

Do you offer virtual services?

Yes. Services are offered using a HIPAA complaint, secure platform

Does insurance cover virtual appointments?

Yes. There are laws now requiring insurance companies to cover virtual counseling.
